Job Details for the Data Analyst - Pivot Table creation/ editing:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Base Salary Range: $55,000

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Data Analyst - Pivot Table creation/ editing:

• Generate and review monthly compensation reports.
• Calculate commissions for sales reps and sale manger.
• Review sales activity and ensure they are captured in commission reports.
• Build and distribute summary reports for the sales department, finance department, and president.
• Analyze and propose improvements to existing compensation processes to drive efficiency gains.
• The ability to work cohesively with sales, I.T., and Finance is necessary.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements for the Data Analyst - Pivot Table creation/ editing:

• MUST HAVE advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Pivot Table work experience.
• PREFERRED experience with VLookup, Power BI, Tableau, Informatica, or Alteryx
• OPTIONAL experience with Power BI, Tableau, Informatica, or Alyeryx
• Willing to complete a background check at time of job offer.
