Mandatory: Any Graduate except B.E

Experience

- 0 - 1 year experience

- US candidates with good understanding of Postal, Zip codes are preferable.

- EDM, HRO, US Payroll, Benefits experience would be an added advantage

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

- Experience in software development and testing

- Knowledge of testing methodologies and when certain strategies are recommended

- Detailed understanding of how to properly document test cases and create effective and focused testing plans

- Document and monitor testing outcomes and establish steps to remedy problems

- Define clear goals for all aspects of a product test and develop steps for their proper execution

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

- Verifies and logs receipt of data

- Transcribes source data into the required electronic format

- Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders and scanners

- Reviews data for errors, missing information and resolves any discrepancies

- Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per company standards

- Completes additional assigned tasks as required
