Position Overview
This is a unique job at Waldom that requires understanding of Waldom’s Quality and Receiving standards along with Purchase order process. The Administrator also needs to maintain the integrity of each supplier’s receiving requirements for Recovered product. Must be able to process approved Recovery lists from Suppliers and create internal Purchase orders and be able to provide warehouse with Purchase order and all other pertinent details for each return. This person will work closely with suppliers, distributors and our warehouse team for all day-to- day activities that are necessary for processing a return for the Recovery program.
Essential Job Functions
- Accurate and timely internal purchase orders (reference numbers)
- Organize and maintain the original approved list from supplier
- Organize and maintain the supplier portals for communication of Recovery program
Non-essential Job Functions
- Understanding the warehouse layout and inventory functions ( receipts, put-aways, inventory control)
Requirements
- Proficient in APOS (purchase order approval process)
- Proficient in Cetec Purchasing screens and Recovery screens
- Review and double check work to prevent errors
- Interact with Suppliers, distributors, and warehouse
- Proficient in the Supplier portals
Other Skills/Abilities
- Professional Communication with Suppliers, Colleagues and Management
- Computer skills- Excel, Cetec, Supplier Websites
