We're looking for our next great Prep Team Member!

As a Daytime Prep Team Member, you will be part of our busy kitchen team. You will prepare food quickly, safely, and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile because of the food YOU have prepared! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

The Prep Team Member works on cold food preparation and is responsible for making sure all prep requirements are completed during their shift.

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

• Keeping prep table organized and clean.
• Preparing orders according to Chick-fil-A Western Hills standards.
• Managing your time as you work efficiently to keep cold foods stocked, special orders made, and catering requests filled.
• Keeping track of produce stock and reporting what needs to be ordered.
• Training others on various prep tasks.
• Lots of time on your feet.
• Ultimately, working quickly and cooperatively with other kitchen workers to provide excellent service to our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Must have the ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, & navigate shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Must be willing and able to work in a hot or cool, noisy, and fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand and move around for long periods of time without assistance
• Must work well under pressure and be positive and accommodating when the unexpected occurs

• Must be able to work during the day while schools are in session
