Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Manager support:
- Assist Account Managers with any and all questions, concerns, and discrepancies.
- Prepares and creates spreadsheet reports and mailings as requested by the Account Managers.
- Inform the Account Managers of all internal activities concerning their accounts.
- Prepares on a daily basis, and as needed, quote requests from Account Managers.
General administrative duties:
- Prepares sales reports for customers, vendors, and Account Managers on an as needed basis.
Maintains POS and Price Key information for all customers. - Prepares and processes monthly and quarterly reports to the customer, vendors, and Account Managers.
- Works closely with all departments to insure the accounts run accordingly.
Dealer Market:
- Assists in mailings, reports, labels, and badges needed for corporate account customers attending the market.
- Assists in working with the Dealer Market Department and the Corporate Account Managers to insure all customers have hotel accommodations.
- Assists in making sure that market orders are entered, processed and shipped correctly and in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with upper management, internally and externally.
- Ability to accept, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Required computer skills, including Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
- Aptitude and ability to learn and use Oracle, FoxPro or Access, Monarch, Metafile, Tableau and AS400 Mainframe applications.
- Minimum Job Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent work experience required.
