This role performs quantitative analysis for measurement of DEI programs and events and presents results to Leadership. T he DEI Strategy Consultant is a strong communicator and analytical thinker who is excited about the opportunity to fuel ongoing momentum to operationalize DEI in our processes and practices to achieve systemic and sustainable change .

Job Summary
The DEI Strategy Consultant serves as a thought-partner for DEI Leadership, using technical expertise and business acumen to support the development and implementation of solutions that address Company-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion needs. The Strategy Consultant is as an expert on DEI matters, collaborating with cross-functional Teams, Leadership, and key Stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies for current and future state of DEI. This role supports Company-wide strategic project management, planning, and governance practices and assists with the alignment across the organization by identifying risks, opportunities, dependencies, and assessments of the department strategy, plans, and critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy planning and project Team in developing analysis of strategic initiatives, identifying business changes to address structural issues, creating hypotheses, testing ideas, initiating plan implementation, managing projects, and monitoring/tracking performance
Support the development and delivery of major DEI initiative business cases to the DEI Department and to the Company broadly, including the evaluation and preparation of business case analysis
Collaborate on cross-functional projects with Company-wide impact aimed at designing and implementing strategic operational solutions for complex diversity, equity, and inclusion concerns
Partner with DEI Stakeholders and business owners to understand the business and develop and/or monitor relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including producing scorecard metrics as needed
Track and report key DEI metrics by translating insights into a compelling narrative to influence data-based decision-making at the Senior Leadership level
Review with Stakeholders to identify opportunities for strategic improvement, driving decisions on projects based on data analysis
Translate broad business priorities into tactical action plans by developing and implementing strategic solutions to address complex challenges
Act as a consultant to our Senior Leaders by providing DEI expertise and market-related intelligence and forecasting DEI trends
Deliver presentations to communicate insights from analyses to Sr and Executive Leadership meetings, meaningfully contributing to discussions with insights from project experience
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
Skilled with performing analysis in Excel and developing communications materials in PowerPoint. Familiar with other tools, e.g. Word and Visio
Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing and assimilating data, including turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
Skilled in understanding and applying information to contribute to the organization’s strategic plan
Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others
Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events)
Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense
Ability to influence and persuade others, conveying information effectively and concisely

Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Expert level experience, expansive and far-reaching knowledge in DEI initiatives, project management, strategy, management consulting, and presenting to Executive-level Leadership

Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $107,650 to $119,600 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. Benefits you’ll love:
