About the Company:

Kessco Water is an authorized independent dealer of Kinetico water treatment systems. We are family-owned, and have operated in the Wabash Valley since 1983.

About the Position:

Monday - Thursday

25-35 hours per week

Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery of bottled water and water softener salt to Kessco's residential and commercial customers, and maintaining a clean working environment within the delivery van.

Schedule 8:30 am - 5:00 pm:

Monday - Thursday: Delivery Routes

• All delivery routes are pre-planned to ensure an efficient and steady work-flow for the driver.
• The service area for delivery covers Vigo, Parke, Montgomery, Vermillion, Clay, and Putnam counties.
• The driver will run the routes in the Kessco delivery van (Ford e-Transit). Each route will use approximately 60-100 five-gallon water bottles, plus 20-40 bags of salt. The five-gallon bottles and salt bags both weigh 40 lbs each.
• On Tuesdays, the driver will load the delivery van with water to stock up Kessco's Crawfordsville store.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Provides professional and efficient delivery of bottled water and water softener salt to residential and commercial customers.
• Executes all documentation required for the customer, and for corporate record and data management.
• Provides support to other techs as needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintains company tools and resources.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and show initiative.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, action and goal oriented.
• Proven “customer-centric” focus and approach with the ability to establish and change priorities as required.
• Problem solver, excellent listening and verbal skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
• Organized and able to provide detailed follow-up and follow-through of all company processes and procedures.
• Professional image, outstanding customer relations skills, and comfortable talking to customers about product and payment options.
• Valid drivers’ license and a clean driving record.
• Accurate management of data, willingness to help others and an interest in executing responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
