Job description
Start your career as a FedEx Delivery Driver with Summit Delivery Company, a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx.
Starting Pay: $22 per hour
After training, drivers who are qualified to drive trucks over 10k pounds will be moved to a per stop pay structure. This pay structure guarantees a minimum of $22/hr or $1.20 per stop, whichever is greater!

Qualified Experience: 6 months+ of driving with FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, or other delivery positions in the last 3 years. OR 1+ year driving experience with a Class C or higher license.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify.
- Able to pass a road test in a delivery truck.
- Be comfortable using electronic handheld devices.
- One weekend day is required.
- Have a clean driving record.
About the Position:
- Highly coveted suburban delivery routes in Carol Stream, Wheaton, Glendale Heights, and Glen Ellyn, and surrounding suburbs.
- Drivers average between 150-200 deliveries per day.
- Starting pay is $22/HR with potential for growth!
- Paid Training
- Full Time
- Start time is 8:00 am. Average shifts are 10 hours long, approximately 45 hours a week.
- Uniforms are provided.
- $300 Referral Bonuses.
