You will be based in our Dublin office as part of Orphoz, working closely and in partnership with clients' senior management and their specialist departments.

What You'll Do

You will work largely in the private sector and concentrate on business change management.
You will design and implement our clients' transformation plans and execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvement, etc. In this role, you will coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks.
You will spend your time preparing and driving implementation projects and coaching clients. You will also manage project workstreams largely independently and with the support of a Senior Delivery Manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects yourself. You will lead a subset of a project team. This includes less tenured consultants and clients in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives. You will also contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.
In this role, you will manage the delivery and implementation business change programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organizations. Backed by a solid foundation in the lean management philosophy, you will systematically apply project management methods in all project phases. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organizations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or engineering with a strong record of academic achievement
  • 6+ years experience in project management and delivery in a PMO project management office in the context of business transformation projects
  • Experience in a project management lead capacity where you routinely conduct workshops and coaching sessions for your team
  • Demonstrated business transformation experience
  • Significant experience working in private and consultancy sectors
  • Clear areas of expertise in program/project management, lean management, process optimization and organizational design
  • Qualifications including Agile, Scrum, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, and Jira are desirable
  • Action-motivated individual with strong pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in a consulting environment
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written; foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Flexibility to travel extensively (COVID-19 restrictions permitting)
