Meet the Office:

We are very excited to announce that AV Dental Associates of Jersey City is looking to add a hard-working dental assistant to our team. Working at AV Dental for Dr. Vahid means you will join him in his mission to improve people’s teeth, while uplifting them as a whole. You will support services such as general dental cleanings, restorations, and emergency dentistry procedures. No matter what services you provide, we want someone who is able to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed, so having a happy and caring personality is a must. Ideal Assistant Description:

• has a professional and hard-working personality
• has their NJ x-ray and assisting license (required)
• front desk experience (preferred)
• able to make temporary crowns and remove sutures (preferred)
• treatment planning experience (preferred)

Start Date:

• As soon as possible

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday 10:00AM - 6:00PM
• Tuesday 11:00AM - 7:00PM
• Administrative day on Wednesday and or Friday if needed 10:00AM - 3:00PM
• Thursday 12:00PM - 8:00PM
• One to two Saturday’s per month 8:00AM - 2:00PM

Compensation Package:

• $15 - $26 based on experience
• Scrubs
• Bonus structure after 3 months
• 401K after one year
• PTO after one year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
