Job description

Small, family private-practice dental office is looking for a professional front desk receptionist. Must have reception experience. Position is part-time up to 30 hours per week.

Dates: June 1 - September 27

Job duties include:

• Greet patients
• Update patient information (insurance, phone number, address)
• Answer phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Correspond with other dental offices
• Confirm insurance eligibility
• Discuss insurance and financial options with patients

Office Hours: (Schedule to be discussed in interview)

Monday - 7 AM to 2 PM

Tuesday – 7 AM to 7 PM

Wednesday – 7 AM to 7 PM

2 Thursdays/ Month - 7 AM to 1 or 2 PM

2 Saturdays / Month – 7:30 AM to 1 PM
