DEPUTY MANAGER - Ilac- 40 HRS / PERMANENT

We are currently recruiting for new managers to help lead our store teams; we want our managers to create a fun and positive place to work that motivates, manages and develops a solid team with good retail skills and a focus on sales success.
As a Deputy Manager in Flying Tiger Copenhagen, you will support the Store Manager in running a great retail store, a solid background in a similar retail management role and the ability to combine this practical experience with a real understanding of what makes a store profitable.
In addition to the skills outlined here candidate applications must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Experience retail management (supervisor experience)
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Creative approach to merchandising with a strong visual merchandising background/experience
• Appropriate IT and administration skills
• Good understanding of all 'back of house' activities
• Ability to build good team relationships across the team
• A real desire to make a valued contribution to a great team.
• Successful candidates will undergo an initial training programme in one of our existing stores and a development programme.
• This is a full-time role working 5 days across a seven-day rota (including Sundays and Public Holidays). Candidates ideally need to be open to work in our other locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Weekend availability

• Dublin, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
