As a Field Service Technician you will work onsite at our customer's office in Aguadilla PR. In this role you would typically work directly with Employee's at our customer location. Being a self-starter who is comfortable with minimal supervision is essential to success in this role.

What you will do:

  • On-site field desktop support to customers
  • Provides software, hardware and networking support for desktops and laptops.
  • Installs, maintains, troubleshoot and repair PCs and associated software, networks peripherals.
  • Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs audio / video / teleconferencing equipment.
  • Years of experience as hands-on desk side support role required. Proficient with PC hardware repair and can troubleshoot/resolve Microsoft Office software and latest Windows operating system issues Windows 10, Windows 11.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills required.
  • A+, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, Apple, and HP certifications a plus.
  • Providing client facing onsite deskside support. in-call phone/live chat diagnostics and troubleshooting and accurately documenting all incidents & problems issues.
  • Initiate IT service management workflow process ensuring tasks are assigned to the appropriate areas.
  • Computer building background experience preferred. A+ certification, Specific Manufacturers certifications and/or training as required. i.e. Dell, Microsoft, COMPTIA, and Network Plus.
  • General knowledge of laptop hardware and software including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications,
  • Support Windows 10, 11 in a Domain Environment, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune, 2FA, VPN. Microsoft Teams.
  • Mobile device management experience, IOS, Android
  • Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.

Screening & Background Investigations:

  • Assist in and successfully complete DXC Standard
  • Assist in and successfully complete Client Standard
  • Assist in and successfully complete Drug Testing.

Who you are:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 5 or more years of field support experience
  • Experience working with the company's hardware, software and equipment products
  • Experience working with customer technology and support requirements
