Megastar Advisors is seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies across all channels, but with a primary emphasis on Facebook. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of leveraging Facebook's unique platforms to develop sophisticated marketing strategies, drive engagement, and increase conversions.

While Facebook will be the main focus, the ideal candidate should have a broad understanding of other digital marketing channels and the ability to integrate them effectively to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing effective Facebook advertising campaigns to drive conversions and generate leads
• Analyzing and optimizing ad performance using analytics tools to improve ROI and increase engagement
• Collaborating with other marketing team members to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies
• Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
• Developing and presenting reports on campaign performance to management and other stakeholders

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful Facebook advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
