Compensation Range: $32 - 38 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Designer for our client in the food and beverage industry! In this role you will report to the Sr. Designer, and be responsible for following creative briefs and brand guidelines to create digital assets, powerpoint slides, print ads, packaging, 3D renderings, sell sheets and various other marketing materials as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Great organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other designers and copywriters.
• Develop designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Follow creative briefs and provide exceptional design concepts that meet project deadlines.
• Create performance marketing digital assets.
• Support the Sr. Designer in delivering top notch designs.

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, design required.
• 2-5 years in design field.
• CPG experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating and working successfully with other designers.
• An Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent writing and communication are a must.
• Excellent communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to listen to constructive criticism and deliver premium creative concepts.
• Experience creating digital media (including, but not limited to: promo banners, website banners, social media ads, etc).
• Experience using Monday.com preferred, but not required.
