Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000

POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing and be responsible for the management and growth of the brands digital channels and properties, utilizing online tools, analytics, and comprehensive strategies to increase awareness and drive digital traffic and conversions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Strategy & Analytics

  • Effectively manage and optimize website content using an open-source Content Management System (CMS)
  • Optimize and measure traffic and conversion rates across owned digital channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns and content across digital properties.
  • Ensure content is cohesive across digital platforms and ladders up to the brands overarching marketing campaigns and goals.
  • Enhance the digital user experience and buyers journey through all phases of the marketing funnel.
  • Effectively create and manage organic search (SEO) campaigns.
  • Brainstorm and implement digital A/B tests to drive increase traffic and conversions.
  • Utilize data to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance make data-driven decisions.
  • Report on the digital growth and performance of digital channels and campaigns to stakeholders

CRM & Automation

  • Manage all aspects of CRM platform, guest segmentation, and automation tools.
  • Build and execute scalable CRM programs and automation strategies to drive consumer engagement, frequency, and retention.
  • Establish, implement, and optimize successful Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deploy systemwide national and local SMS strategies, measure and report out on results of campaigns.
  • Develop & maintain data-informed customer audience segments to be leveraged in first-party and third-party marketing channels.

Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing, media, or eCommerce similar role
  • Proficient in using marketing data analytics, specifically Google Analytics platform.
  • Experience using CRM platform(s) and guest segmentation tool(s)
  • Possess a proven track record of executing successful Email Marketing and SMS strategies.
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task and manage competing projects simultaneously.
  • High organizational skills, self-starter with strong deadline management abilities
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.)
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Must possess at least 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or eCommerce fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Hybrid Position: remote & in-office
  • Location: Orlando, FL
  • Corporate office fast-paced, high volume of activity, and a deadline-driven environment
