NOTE:

Must be available to work from the start of November and no annual leave planned until new year if successful, due to full training provided.

Great opportunity with one of the leading pillar banks in Ireland. The role is contact centre based where the candidates will be completing inbound and outbound calls speaking with customers to process credit applications. Applicants must hold minimum of 1 APA’s (APA Loans) with a view to attaining full QFA status.

This is a 12 month FTC position, fully office based role. Office based in North Dublin. As mentioned, training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Completing Personal Credit applications and transactions for our customers
• Previous experience working with customers would be preferable
• Self-motivated, energetic & ability to operate on own initiative
• Proven track record in delivering strong results against goals

Your Experience & Skills:

• Experience in Customer Engagement / telephony role
• Min. 1 years experience in financial services would be an advantage
• Customer focussed with strong communication skills
• Able to work on own initiative and be a key team player
• Able to learn quickly and apply new skills
• Good computer skills, a working knowledge of Excel and Word
