High school or equivalent graduate. Two years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred but will train. Must be able to work under and deal with stressful situations and behavioral problems. Good written and expressive skills are required along with the ability to comprehend detailed instructions and carry out those instructions. Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to use own vehicle. Must maintain a valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance. Must be able to complete physical aspects of the job.
