To provide personal care, supervision, and protection to live in residents of the elderly population
All other required training will be provided by Heart to Home LLC.
Permanent hire after 90 day probationary period with quarterly bonus opportunity.
Full and Part time positions. All shifts available. Will need to be available to work every other weekend.

- Provide & ensure a safe living environment at all times
- Assist with & encourage activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming
- Administer/monitor daily medications as directed
- Prepare & serve all meals and snacks
- Promote, encourage & lead daily activities, social interactions
- Maintain a clean environment: cleaning, laundry
- Record daily: patient medications administered, intake & elimination as needed, blood sugars and weights as appropriate
- Change in patient status: reports immediately to administrator
- May assist with grocery/supply ordering
- Ideas for continued improvements & growth
