Direct Support Professional (Live in or Pivate Care) - Full Time
Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking professional, compassionate Direct Support Professionals who are enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Description
Direct Support to consumers whether in an In-Home or Group Home setting. Provide support, transportation and assistance for each individual to enable her/him to complete daily routines in a safe, healthy, productive and dignified manner. This usually includes toileting, bathing, dressing, laundry, supervision of recreation. Encourages independence by providing both the opportunity and the appropriate levels of skill training for the individuals in categories such as self-care, household chores, social skills, recreation skills, etc.

Requirements
  • Driver’s License
  • Physical within the last year
  • One Step PPD
  • 2 forms of ID'S
  • CPR/FA
  • Diploma or Equivalent

Cases are available for Essex County, Hudson County, Passaic County and Bergen County.

Availability: Live In, Private Duty Care, Assistance with personal care and in home support.
