Kaleo Supports is looking for committed, caring, and creative people to work with individuals who have developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Currently, we are looking for employees (full and part-time positions available) in the Fayetteville NC/Cumberland County area. Duties include assisting our people with daily living skills, such as cooking, bathing, home management, budgeting, etc. Other duties include teaching skills such as social, emotional, and daily living. Our people actively participate in the community. They have jobs. They exercise at gyms. They volunteer. Our job is to help them participate in lives of their choosing. Kaleo Support's services are intentional and innovative providing opportunities for people to grow. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, a good work ethic, and want to make a difference in the life of someone else, we can train you.

Kaleo Supports provides services to people with varying needs. We serve people who require full assistance, people who attend our day program, and people who have jobs and live in their own homes. Our hiring process includes 'matching' an employee to the job he or she will do well and use his or her talents. We offer working interviews, training, and ongoing support to our employees.
