Recruiters are a key component to Always Compassionate Home Care (ACHC)’s success and its path to growth. The Recruitment Director is responsible for managing the RN/LPN/OT/PT/ST recruitment activity for all our offices throughout New York State to meet the company’s recruitment targets to support growth and expansion. This will make it possible to find the qualified health care workers whose duties in the field make it possible to fill current contracts ACHC has throughout the New York area. This role will partner with the company’s leaders to enable business growth by adding recruits, developing outreach strategies and identifying new avenues to assist in bringing in the sheer volume of healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Establish, revise and as needed update recruitment policies and procedures of the Clinical Services Division from recruitment, onboarding and placement process.
- Ensure and align recruitment projects as per organizational objectives and Division goals.
- Attain recruitment quota/goals for the Clinical Services Division.
- Building relationships with key community organizations, external stakeholders, and potential referral pipelines
- Producing regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and recruitment strategies.
- Presenting hiring, talent, and employment-related reports to members of the organization
- Develop and manage recruitment pipelines to allow expansion of branding and community presence/outreach.
- Develop community outreach strategies for regional teams to promote brand and drive recruitment including but not limited to Career Fairs, College Outreach.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection processes.
- Work with VP of clinical services/business development on responsible recruitment processes.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire.
- Stay up to date on NYS DOL and NYS DOH codes, rules and regulations on job posting, wages, background reference checks and ongoing personnel compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous healthcare recruiting/marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in recruitment outcomes
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in utilizing recruitment tools and platform
- 3-5 years with managing a team
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a health care organization and clear understanding of scope of work of skilled clinicians, (LPN< RN< PT<OT and Speech Therapy).
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
Travel required (25%)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred
- Knowledge of DOL, DOH recruitment mandates, preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
