What you will get to do as a Dining Services Supervisor at Brightview?

• 
  You will be the first smiling face to greet residents and guests upon arrival to the Dining venue they have selected!
• Remain attentive to the dining experience of all guests during dining service, while using your talents to adjust and reassign responsibilities as service requires.
• Offer inspiring coaching and direction to fellow Dining Servers, promoting a team approach each day while setting a positive example for associates regarding safety and service.
• Lend your talents and enthusiasm to all Dining related programs such as meal delivery, special events, private parties, and more!

Why we want you on our team:

• With at least two years experience as a Server or Hostess, you will help set the example and raise the bar when it comes to the excellence of our Dining programs.
• You have strong customer skills and the ability to problem solve.
• Your positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy are contagious!
