Lincoln Tech's Paramus, NJcampus is seeking an Education Director to develop and enhance our training courses and provide vision, strategic direction, and leadership to ourfaculty members and students.In line with the organization's objective of achieving the optimum level of student success, you wouldrecruit, develop, and manage a team to expand existing, and develop new, curricula and programs. As the school's educational leader, you would set the standard of quality, ethics, and integrity for the school.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or higher (in Education or related field preferred)
• 5+years of managerial experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Makes effective decisions, and supports implementation and evaluation of programs and policies.
• Assists in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements.
• Contributes to curriculum development and implementation.
• Encourages and supports faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Focuses on faculty recruitment, to ensure qualified instructors for all programs.
• Maintains appropriate records in compliance with state, accrediting body, and Company policy.
• Compiles and follows-up on supply and training equipment requests.
• Manage the campus in the absence of the Campus President
• Reports to the Campus President
