Director of Nursing North Dublin (8 minutes from Skerries, 15 minutes to Swords, 25 minutes to Dublin City Centre)
Job Description : Our client is a well-established nursing home group with multiple locations nationwide; they are looking for a Director of Nursing to join their nursing home in North Dublin close to Skerries, Balbriggan and Swords. This home provides residential, nursing care, dementia, specialist dementia nursing, or respite care. Your role as a DON will be the day-to-day operations of the home and lead the team in providing the highest standard of nursing care. Hours are full-time & Salary is DOE.

Salary (Depends on experience and the size of each care home)
Additional Benefits to include :-
PRSA Contribution : 5% of salary provided this is matched by employee
Target Bonus of €8K per annum based on occupancy and quality of care criteria
Death in service Cover : 2 x annual salary
Annual leave : 25 Days
Sick Pay Scheme

Skills and Qualifications:
