Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Director of Security Services to join the Community team! Based out of our Downtown Fresno campus, you will have the opportunity to lead system-wide security operations and the dynamic teams that keep our patients, visitors, and employees safe. Using your dynamic problem-solving and leadership skills, you will turn data into critical information, develop policies and procedures, and plan the department's course, all while making sound business decisions aligned with the organization's mission and goals.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice or Healthcare related field required
7 years of recent, progressive, managerial/supervisory experience required
Knowledge of healthcare security and program development principles, techniques and managerial skills required
Licenses and Certifications

DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Health System required
CHPA - Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator issued by the International Association of Healthcare Safety and Security (IAHSS) required within 1 year of hire or transfer into position
GUARD - State of California Guard Card required within 1 year of hire or transfer into position
