ROLE

Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Assists other employees with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.

• Assists to prepare food orders and assist in maintaining kitchen in a clean and neat manner.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware and pots according to standards
• Enjoys creating a culinary adventure for our guests.
• Follows sanitation standards for amazing guest service.
• Participates as an employee in producing a smoothly and efficiently run dining experience.
• Assists other employees with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
• Bus tables, clear dishes, polish glassware and wash linen as needed depending on business demands.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Great organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Enjoys a fast paced environment.
• Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner.
• Ability to work effectively with other department employees and guests.
