What will you be doing?

• DOT Law knowledge
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping details, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer after the placement of the original order.
• Check delivery tickets for changes or mistakes. Submit completed BOLs to the appropriate CSR; create milk-run BOLs Perform order double checks.
• Performs all duties in strict accordance with company safety and environmental policies. Serve as a backup in unloading inbound freight when a Driver is unavailable.
• Check inventory control and notify the Facility Manager of orders that would deplete stock. \
• Confer with sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
• Coordinate deliveries to maximize truck capacity and efficiency.
• Dispatch drivers providing complete instructions.
• Evaluate Drivers' performance. Monitors Drivers' DOT hours. Perform truck inspections with drivers on a weekly basis. Maintains ELD system,
• Corrects errors and retrieves daily reports. Assist the Facility Manager in the day to day matters of the facility.
• Manage the facility Intelex reporting system

• Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with others. Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Ability to making critically analyze, problem solve and offer solutions.
• Available to be on-call after hours, weekends and holidays.
• Perform each essential duty successfully.
