One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is currently hiring a Full Time Customer Service Representative.

Shift: Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and rotating weekend on call (Additional pay for on call and will entail office hours and answering calls from home)

To be considered for this position, prior administrative HVAC, Permitting, Plumbing or service industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train those with strong prior customer service experience in lieu of industry specific experience.

• Our CSR Team handles all incoming customer calls relating to service, maintenance and installation appointments.
• Responsible for scheduling, dispatching and managing installation schedule.
• Maintain open lines of communications with technicians to ensure proper customer service.
• In slower season, will be required to make outbound calls to current customer base for preventative maintenance appointments.
• Full-time shifts available starting 8a-5p with an occasional weekend or evening hours possible.
• Works well in a fast paced customer service-centric environment.
• Previous Dispatching experience is preferred and preferably in the Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical service industry, but not required.
• Previous experience with Service Titan software a +
• Previous Customer Service experience is a must.
• Must be computer proficient, and well versed in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Strong Organizational Skills.
• Must have strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Must have a “Own It” personality with the ability to follow-up on tasks, issues, services until resolved according to expectations.
• Must be a Team player and Self-Starter.
• Must be able to work and maintain a tight schedule with minimum supervision.
