Job description
- Develops thorough understanding of LMS and DC functionality to provide support including LM system configuration, end-user training, and functionality rollouts.
- Maintains and supports multi-variable work standards.
- Acts as first level support to Operations leadership regarding LMS and reporting troubleshooting.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data; provides strategic recommendations for the facility including labor forecasting, risks, opportunities, and trend analysis.
- Develop and streamline necessary dashboards and one-off analyses, speaks to KPIs.
- Partners with Operations and IT to develop alternative business solutions to utilize the systems more efficiently.
- Utilizes operational knowledge and data to discover and/or anticipate problems or opportunities where data can be leveraged to address the need.
- Utilizes Labor Management experience to ensure all DC processes maintain an effective and efficient labor scoring and grow with the needs of the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, engineering, or related technical field. Or 3+ years equivalent work experience.

Preferred:
- 2+ years’ experience in retail, logistics, distribution or fulfillment operations, or related field
- 1+ years’ experience with SQL development, databases, and reporting
- 1+ years’ experience in Data visualization using Excel, IBM Cognos Analytics, and/or Google Looker Studios
- Experience with Labor Management Systems, (Manhattan) Warehouse Management Systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PowerQuery/PowerPivot)
- Ability to build strong partnerships across the organization and work successfully in a team environment.
- Can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. As an International Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role may operate in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. This role may also operate in a warehouse environment subject to inside environmental conditions with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. This role may also be subject to loud noise due to conveyor systems and material handling equipment and routinely uses standard personal protective equipment.
