Job description
The person appointed to this post will work within Mental Health, CHO Dublin North City and County (DNCC) working as part of multi-disciplinary teams delivering a coordinated approach to client care. Community Healthcare Organisation, Dublin North City and County (CHODNCC) is one of nine CHO Health Service Executive service delivery structures across the county. Geographically Dublin North City and County is the smallest CHO in the country but has the third largest population size according to the 2016 Census. It is a mixed urban and rural area, and extends from the north of Dublin city to the northern and western county boundaries. There are high levels of need within the inner-city due to socio-economic and ethnicity reasons which can bring challenge and opportunity.
The Pharmacy Department provides services to the Phoenix Care Centre, St. Ita’s and St. Joseph’s Intellectual Disability Services, the Homeless team in Ushers Island and also to St. Mary’s Hospital, in the Phoenix Park.
