Job Summary:
The technical writer with create and maintain technical documentation to support the Genero product line, currently covering 15 products and growing.
Job Description:
As a technical writer, you will work with Subject Matter Experts (developers and support engineers) to create and maintain the technical documentation for the Genero product lines, to include front-end applications (such as the Genero Desktop Client and the Genero Browser Client), development tools (such as Genero Studio and the Business Application Modeler), and back-end applications (such as the Genero Application Server and Genero Identity Provider.) You will be responsible for distilling the information provided and organizing it for easy access by support personnel and customers. You will test and verify all content and procedures. Hands-on experimentation with the products is to be expected. As initial users of new features and products, you will provide feedback to the development team on areas where improvement can be made.
