JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:

• Being responsible for everything that happens during your shift
• Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
• You must set the example
• You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
• Also for staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability

Operate all equipment

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler

Prepare product

Receive and process telephone orders

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork

Clean equipment and facility daily

Estimate food and beverage costs

Work with franchise office staff for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies

Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste

Estimate food needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of food and supplies

Ensure positive customer service in all areas

Respond to complaints taking any and all appropriate actions to turn a dissatisfied customer into a customer for life

Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets

Ensure a safe working and customer environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents

Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness

Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service

Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues

Develop employees by providing feedback, establishing performance expectations and conducting performance reviews

Maintain an accurate and up to date plan of staffing needs

Prepare schedules and ensure that the store is staffed for all shifts

• Provide a strong presence in the community and high level of community involvement

REQUIREMENTS
