Summary:

Bell & Evans is a growing company with the highest quality standards in the industry! You willdrive a diesel-powered tractor trailer combination to perform one or more of the following job assignments: Transport live poultry, eggs or chicks, raw materials between company facilities (local), jockey trailers on property and/or transport finished poultry products.

Responsibilities

• Ability to log in compliance to DOT regulations.
• Ability to pre and post trip equipment
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Must be able to follow instructions, be very flexible and work independently.
• Always operate your equipment in a safe and professional manner
• Perform daily inspections on assigned equipment
• If assigned, monitor refrigerated equipment and temperature controls
• Follow standards that we have set Biosecurity and farm procedures

Qualifications:

• Class A CDL required for most positions.
• Good communication skills
• Good driving record
• Additional endorsements for some positions
• Some Moving Violation restrictions apply
• No DUI convictions in the last 5 years
