Driver Trainee - Non CDL
Job description
Albion Motor Services is looking for 1 qualified candidate for our entry level driver training position. In this position, you will drive a 26 foot Freightliner M2 flatbed truck, and make deliveries to steel plants, substations, and manufacturing facilities throughout the Midwest and mid Atlantic areas. We will teach you all of the aspects of trucking that you need to be successful, and upon the completion of your training, we will help you obtain your CDL.
In order to qualify as a driver, you must have a clean driving record with zero points. You must also have a clean background with no convictions. Anyone who does not qualify in these two areas will not be considered.
As a driver, you can expect to work Monday through Friday, and, as a result of our area, you should expect to be gone overnight one to three nights per week.
