Kiddie Academy has an exciting leadership opportunity for an energetic, organized, and collaborative person to join us as our Early Childhood Administrative Director. You’ll work closely with the Academy Director to guide a passionate team of childcare professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community every day. If you’re motivated by smiles and laughs from children and praise from parents, this could be the job for you!
An ideal candidate will have:
- Must be director qualified per DCFS
- Previous teaching and administrative experience in an Early Childhood Education setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- An uncontrollable passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families required
- Familiarity with NAEYC standards a strong plus
