Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is seeking experienced Part-time Electricians to share their passion for the industry and teach in our Electrical Technology program. No teaching experience is required. Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned experienced electricians with limited or no teaching experience into successful educators.
3+ years' experience in:
- Electrical (Residential/Commercial/Industrial)
- Journeyman Electrician / Master Electrician
- E1 or E2 license required
- Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical Systems in our fully equipped facility
- Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum
- Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability
- Evaluate and communicate progress with students
- Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance
- Great communication skills
- Proficient with technology
- Teaching experience-a plus
- High school diploma/GED
