First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full Time Electronic Services Specialist in our Operations Center.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and/or verify all online banking enrollment and maintenance requests with complete accuracy.
- Process customer e-statement enrollments daily.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting online and mobile banking, ACH processing, remote deposit, bill pay and cash management duties.
- Answer phones and/or messages sent through the online banking admin system, or customer support email, in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Perform administrative duties for Treasury Management compliance.
- Must be able to efficiently identify customer's needs and excel in referring other products the bank may offer.
- Prepare reports/collect data as requested.
- Assist in special projects and/or other duties as assigned.
- Participates in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A self-starting team player with high school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Banking experience is preferred.
- Customer relations skills and professional demeanor is extremely important.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality is required.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with handling frequent interruptions and little to no supervision.
