Job description
Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP seeks an experienced attorney (minimum of 5 years of experience) to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and/or health welfare plans, and the benefits side of merger & acquisition transactions. Experience handling employer-side general labor and employment matters would also be ideal. The position may be filled at the Associate or Counsel level, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and drafting skills, along with a practical, client centered approach and a desire to grow into a leader for the employee benefits team. The successful candidate may sit in any of our offices, and must be licensed to practice in Connecticut.
The estimated starting salary for this position is $145,000 which assumes 5 years of relevant and transferrable experience. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience.
