Responsibilities:

  • Counsels and provides assistance to employees and all levels of management in employee or management issues guided by company's employee relations policy and laborlaw legislation.
  • Obtains factual information concerning employee/management inquiries and employee suggestions and/or complaints.
  • Develops policies, trainings, and communications and provides recommendations for corrective action policy revision and/or improving employee relations management in the formal discipline or termination of employees.
  • Responsible for and/or serves as Employee Relations Human Resources liason on key projects.
  • Responsible to support business decisions using data to guarantee informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations COE to implement strategies and drive continuous improvement of Employee Relations and Human Resources programs and processes.
  • Responsible for Liason and partner with Human Resources Site leader to guarantee an uninterrupted service on site from the Employee Relations standpoint.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources; Master in Human Behavioral is a plus
  • Eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources area managing employee conflict resolutions circumstances. Local Labor Law Knowledge. Experience in Employee Relations matter: interpretation and application of Human Resources and Company policies.
  • Partner with business operations leaders to coach leaders on employee relations events on site.
  • Employee point of contact for Employee Relations matters on site.
  • Experience in investigation techniques (employee relations matters)
  • Partner with Human Resources Leader to complete Performance Review, Talent Calibration and Performance Management actions.
  • Coaching experience (is a plus)
  • Facilitation skills
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • This is a temporary position for three (3) to five (5) months.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

  • Villalba, PR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Empleoyee Relations: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
