Productive Alternatives is hiring for an Employment Services Case Manager in our Brainerd location with the possible of some work in our Little Falls office as well. We are looking for an individual that is organized, professional, enjoys working with the public and embraces change and diversity. If desired, an option of some work at home is available once orientation is complete. These are new positions being added to support departmental growth and systems changes in service delivery. These positions are responsible for assisting adults and transition aged youth with disabilities to make informed decisions about employment, explore and discover their work interests and skills, secure, coordinate and support employment needs in the community and surrounding areas. Interested applicants must be interested and willing to be actively involved in the communities we serve. Qualified applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, education or other human services related field. Experience with Person Centered Planning, 245d, mental health, American Sign Language, Benefits Analysis and scheduling all an added plus! It may be possible to accommodate PT or FT preferences if desired. Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
