The L&D Lead will create training programs for colleagues across the site to improve their technical knowledge and competencies while collaborating with subject matter experts.

- Create career routes for every function and implement them across the organization.
- Create a program of associate engagement activities and implement the site engagement strategy, making sure they are integrated into the site goals.
- Run engagement surveys, communicate the outcomes and design action plans to deliver on outcomes of the survey
- Lead a very visible and proactive strategy that involves all employees and places a heavy emphasis on measurable diversity initiatives and ongoing improvement.
- Create and present inclusion and diversity training for all employees on the job site.
- Develop and provide training on inclusion and diversity to all workers on the job site.
- Develop strong cross functional relationships and support the execution of sitewide projects
Requirements
- 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience driving change and delivering programmes of work
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience designing and delivering effective management development training
- Proven ability to implement successful DE&I activities
- Previous experience of working in an ISO and an FDA regulated environment. ·
- Excellent PC skills ideally with good working knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop, Learning Mgt Systems, SAP and LinkedIn.
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities and projects ·
- Strong attention to detail, time management, stakeholder management and proven ability to multitask effectively

Salary: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
