Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and our team of skilled craftsmen to manage all aspects of each project, from initial planning to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, from initial planning to final delivery
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients
• Manage subcontractors and work closely with our team of skilled craftsmen to ensure high-quality work
• Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project specifications and requirements are met
• Communicate project progress and issues to clients and senior management on a regular basis
• Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met on every project
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in building restoration, masonry, concrete, or roofing
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

• Track the progress of the overall project and identify potential problems and issues.
• Manage budgets and other financial resources.
• Manage staffing and projects.
• Work with clients to create goals and objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,089.94 - $124,320.67 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
