We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team of Sales Associates. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with the sale of merchandise and be expected to answer any questions regarding products and the company's mission. We are looking for individuals with a strong commitment to customer service, people skills – and an excitement about our product!
Responsibilities:
- Call customers to provide information about their orders, confirm customer satisfaction, collect customer payments, and process returns.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise and providing information about merchandise and prices.
- Operate cash register and handle money received from customers.
- Assist store personnel in arranging merchandise to display, stocking shelves, cleaning floors, changing window displays, moving displays, and restocking merchandise.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
