What You’ll Get to Do

As an Entry Level Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients who use cloud-based services. You will work in a team environment, providing solutions to technical issues related to cloud computing, storage, security, and networking. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving problems, performing system maintenance and upgrades, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with their cloud-based services. You will also be responsible for documenting and communicating technical information to clients, as well as collaborating with other team members to develop and implement new solutions

• Provide technical support to clients who use cloud-based services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud computing, storage, security, and networking.
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Document and communicate technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective technical support.
• Monitor cloud-based systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
