Entry-Level Project Administrator - National Accounts Construction
Job description
DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator for National Accounts Construction group in our Olathe, Kansas office. This individual will be working with some of the largest nationwide retailers! This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized, and technical individual - no office experience required, we are willing to train!
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence and billing
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Set up and maintain files on sold projects
- Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects
- Process project related paperwork to include change orders and close out documents
- Prepare project audits for management review at project completion
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills

This role would be a good transition if you have experience in accounting, working with vendors, customer service, business, marketing, administration, assistant, payroll, material supply, fast-place fast food, medical billing, insurance, tax collections, construction, or previously dealt with contractors or worn different hats in a job.
