Here at Uniphar we are looking for an EPOS Administrator to join our team working as part of the Commercial team, this role will see you become responsible for the integrity and maintenance of our products database. Reporting to the Database Lead, this person should be an energetic team player with ambition, who is willing to grow in the role.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• 
  Working as a part of the database team to maintain the EPOS systems
• Maintaining & updating product standards on the systems from a category, pricing & brand perspective
• Working closely with the wholesale purchasing teams & third-party suppliers on maintaining accurate product information on the systems
• Working with third party service providers to ensure the best service for the business (McLernons, Azpiral etc)
• Adhering to and improving database processes
• Ensuring approved products are imported and set-up in a timely manner
• Setting up promotions & loyalty offers in accordance with promotional calendars
• Answering store EPOS queries in a timely manner
• Any reasonable requests or projects relating to the database systems

Key Skills & Experiences:

• 
  Excellent numerical & analytical skills to include excellent computer literacy & comprehensive experience with all MS products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc
• McLernons and / or EPOS experience is crucial.
• An ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal & communication skills
