Southwest Erosion Control, Inc. is searching for dependable and hard-working candidates for this leadership position. Crew Leaders manage and work alongside a small group of erosion control installers to fulfill daily projects.
- Safely drive a company truck and trailer with materials and equipment to and from project sites.
- Direct and lead crew to completion of each job, while providing quality production and ensuring high safety standards.
- Meet with customers and builders.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment such as street sweepers, tractors, track hoes and skid steer loaders.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
Experience operating small construction equipment is a plus. Driving and criminal records checks are part of our hiring process, as well as a pre-employment drug screen. We do not hold the first week's pay!

Hourly wage is TBD based on your fit for the position. We offer health insurance and holiday pay. Crew leaders are eligible to earn quarterly bonuses.
