Since 2014 our flagship location, FREEHOLD BROOKLYN, has attracted guests with a variety of hospitality offerings including multiple bars, café, restaurant, spacious courtyard, and live music & event space. In 2020, amidst the global pandemic, the brand opened in the Magic City’s Wynwood Arts District and opened up FREEHOLD MIAMI with resounding success. With its eyes on Manhattan, in Summer 2021, Freehold Hospitality expanded to its third location by opening FREEHOLD IN THE PARK within a 100 year old historic landmarked pavilion right in the heart of Union Square. Whether holding a business meeting or joining friends for great food and drinks, FREEHOLD is the public assembly space for all, where dancing is encouraged and sleeping is prohibited.
Currently we are looking for an Event Manager to join our team. We are looking for team players.
Salary includes base pay plus a commission structure that could reach a combined $100,000 per yer.
The Event Manager is responsible for all systems management of Freehold Brooklyn. This includes all reservation platforms, event management platforms, delivery apps, the Freeholder membership program, private event bookings, and email campaigning. The underlying goal of the position is to drive sales to the businesses through all marketing capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage each stores reservation book
- Participate in weekly team leadership meetings
- Coordinates with the store Maître D’s on BEOs, reservations, and events
- Confirm reservations and effectively fill reservation sheet maximizing seating potential.
- Development, implementation and execution of event marketing strategies, both inbound and outbound
- Onboarding of Triple Seat Event Platform
- Coordination of Resy, SevenRooms, OpenTable, MailChimp, Google Business, TripleSeat, and Posh.
- Review of digital marketing platform advertising budgets and promotions
- Respond to multiple email accounts within 24 hours (or Monday if on weekend).
- Three on-site days TBD at any Freehold working from the front desk
- Weekly Report summarizing analytics of the following per store and company wide:
- SevenRooms
- Resy
- Tickets (Posh)
- Delivery Apps
- Private Events (pending, confirmed and past)
- Monthly Report to ownership on status of goals, state of the business, and incentive milestones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
