Looking to hire an Executive Assistant at LIC Contracting Company

You will be:

- Assisting the VP

- Answering phone calls

- Entering Payroll

- Executing Union Billing, Change Orders and Proposals

Working knowledge of Excel required. Working knowledge of Sage and Construction Billing preferred

401k after 1 year, Medical after 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 - $28.30 per hour

Experience:
